1. Sign in

Go to Score Entry, find your name in the list, and enter your 4-digit PIN. Don't have one, or forgot it? Ask the commissioner to set or reset it.

2. Find the open matchup

Once signed in, you'll see this week's matchup if the commissioner has opened scoring for it. If nothing shows up, scoring hasn't been opened yet — check back later or contact the commissioner.

3. Enter scores

Type in each player's gross score for every hole. If a player didn't play that week, mark them absent — they'll be skipped for that week's handicap calculation instead of counting against them.

Faster: scan the paper scorecard

Instead of typing every hole, tap Scan scorecard and take a photo of the paper card. The app reads the numbers automatically. Before submitting, double-check any cells flagged in red (likely wrong) or yellow (low confidence) — those are the scanner's way of asking you to confirm.

4. After you submit

Scores save right away, but aren't official until the commissioner closes scoring and finalizes the week. Once finalized, every player's handicap updates automatically for next week — there's nothing else for you to do.

Tap Sign out at the bottom of the Score Entry page when you're done, so the next captain doesn't accidentally enter scores under your name.
